1. Tiket resmi hanya dijual melalui www.thecorrsjkt.com dan tiptip.id.
Pihak Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk penipuan tiket yang dibeli di pihak lain.
2. Tiket tidak dapat dipindahtangankan/diperjualbelikan dan tidak dapat ditukar nama ke orang lain dengan alasan apapun termasuk penggunaan surat kuasa juga tidak berlaku.
3. Bagi yang belum memiliki akun TipTip WAJIB untuk mendaftarkan diri terlebih dahulu untuk memudahkan transaksi dan dapat mengakses "transaction history" untuk mengecek pembelian
4. Maksimal pembelian untuk 1 akun terbatas hanya 5 tiket
5. Setiap pembelian, pembeli HARUS memasukkan data semua peserta yang akan memasuki venue acara sesuai dengan Identitas resmi (KTP/KK/PASSPORT/SIM) masing-masing. Harap mempersiapkan semua data pembeli sesuai identitas resmi sebelum melakukan pembelian. Nama lengkap dan identitas asli akan diperiksa ketika memasuki venue. (Jika membeli 5 tiket maka diperlukan 5 ID berbeda).
6. Dalam 1 transaksi pembeli dapat membeli beberapa jenis kategori tiket.
7. Pastikan Anda melakukan pembelian tiket dengan menggunakan data yang sah (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport). Tiket tidak dapat diubah atau dimodifikasi setelah melakukan pembelian.
8. Pembeli berusia 5-17 tahun dapat menggunakan nomor NIK yang bisa ditemukan di Kartu Keluarga atau pendamping, dan WAJIB ada pendamping berusia minimal 18 tahun ke atas.
9. Anak berusia di bawah 5 tahun tidak diperbolehkan masuk ke dalam venue acara karena tingkat kebisingan yang tinggi dan tata cahaya lampu yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan anak. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas risiko apapun dalam hal ini.
10. Pembeli hanya memiliki waktu 10 menit untuk menyelesaikan transaksi pembelian tiket mulai dari pengisian data sampai menyelesaikan pembayaran. Jika melebihi batas waktu yang ditentukan, maka tiket akan dianggap BATAL BELl oleh sistem.
11. Keberhasilan transaksi dapat dilihat pada akun tiptip / email terdaftar / WhatsApp konfirmasi yang dikirimkan setelah melakukan pembayaran.
12. Tiket berupa QR Code serta nomor kursi akan dikirimkan ke akun TipTip / email terdaftar / WhatsApp yang terdaftar pada saat melakukan pembelian tiket pada H-7 sebelum acara berlangsung.
13. Apabila melakukan pembelian lebih dari satu tiket dalam satu transaksi, maka seluruh QR Code dan nomor kursi hanya akan dikirimkan ke Pembeli Utama melalui akun tiptip / email terdaftar / WhatsApp yang terdaftar.
14. Dilarang menyebarluaskan QR Code untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan oleh orang lain dan pihak promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian yang ditimbulkan oleh pemegang tiket.
15. Tiket berbentuk QR Code tidak boleh di-screenshot dan tidak perlu dicetak. Cukup tunjukkan melalui ponsel untuk di-scan sebagai bukti untuk masuk ke area konser.
16. Tiket berlaku single entry, pengunjung yang sudah keluar tidak dapat masuk kembali ke area konser dan harus membeli tiket baru jika masih tersedia.
17. Tiket yang sudah dibeli tidak dapat dikembalikan dengan alasan apapun, termasuk dikarenakan perubahan jadwal dan/atau susunan acara. Dikecualikan apabila terjadi pembatalan konser dikarenakan inisiatif penyelenggara.
18. Penyelenggara berhak melarang masuk pemegang tiket yang tidak sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
19. Pemilik tiket dengan ini menyatakan melepaskan semua hak hukum untuk mengajukan gugatan balik melalui pengadilan atau cara lain yang sah secara hukum untuk menuntut Penyelenggara dalam hal pembatalan yang dilakukan secara sepihak oleh Artis dan/atau oleh Pemerintah atau untuk alasan lain di luar kendali dan kehendak Penyelenggara (force majeure).
20. Pemilik tiket dengan ini menyatakan dan memberikan persetujuan kepada Penyelenggara untuk menerima, menggunakan, dan mengolah data pemilik tiket (termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada data pribadi, data medis, kondisi kesehatan yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dan data dan/atau informasi pribadi lainnya yang dapat dipertimbangkan sensitif menurut peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku). Pemilik tiket setuju bahwa Penyelenggara dapat membagikan informasi tersebut kepada Instansi Pemerintah terkait atau pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk secara sah oleh pemerintah dan/atau pihak ketiga lainnya yang terkait dengan penyelenggaraan konser.
21. Ravel Entertainment & Tiptip ID tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket event yang bukan berasal dari official website dan aplikasi tiptip.id.
22. Segala syarat dan ketentuan mengenai tiket merupakan kebijakan penyelenggara yang tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

6. In 1 transaction, buyers can buy several types of ticket categories.
7. Make sure you purchase tickets using valid data (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport). Tickets cannot be changed or modified after making a purchase.
8. Buyers aged 5-17 years can use the NIK number that can be found on the Family Card or companion, and there MUST be a companion aged at least 18 years and over.
9. Children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter the event venue due to the high noise level and lighting that can interfere with the comfort of children. The promoter is not responsible for any risks in this regard.
10. Buyers only have 10 minutes to complete the ticket purchase transaction from filling in the data to completing the payment. If it exceeds the specified time limit, the ticket will be considered CANCELLED by the system.
11. The success of the transaction can be seen on the tiptip account / registered email / WhatsApp confirmation sent after making the payment.
12. Tickets in the form of QR Codes and seat numbers will be sent to the TipTip account / registered email / WhatsApp registered when purchasing tickets on D-7 before the event takes place.
13. If you purchase more than one ticket in one transaction, all QR Codes and seat numbers will only be sent to the Main Buyer via the TipTip account / registered email / registered WhatsApp.
14. It is prohibited to distribute QR Codes to prevent misuse by others and the promoter is not responsible for negligence caused by ticket holders.
15. Tickets in the form of QR Codes must not be screenshotted and do not need to be printed. Simply show it via cellphone to be scanned as proof of entry into the concert area.
16. Tickets are valid for single entry, visitors who have left cannot re-enter the concert area and must buy new tickets if they are still available.
17. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded for any reason, including due to changes in schedule and/or event schedule. Except in the event of a concert cancellation due to the organizer's initiative.
18. The organizer has the right to prohibit entry to ticket holders who do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
19. The ticket owner hereby declares that he/she waives all legal rights to file a counterclaim through the courts or other legally valid means to sue the Organizer in the event of a cancellation made unilaterally by the Artist and/or by the Government or for other reasons beyond the control and will of the Organizer (force majeure).
20. The ticket owner hereby declares and gives consent to the Organizer to receive, use, and process the ticket owner's data (including but not limited to personal data, medical data, pre-existing health conditions, and other personal data and/or information that may be considered sensitive according to applicable laws and regulations). Ticket holders agree that the Organizer may share such information with relevant Government Agencies or third parties legally appointed by the government and/or other third parties related to the organization of the concert.
21. Ravel Entertainment & Tiptip ID are not responsible for event tickets that do not come from the official website and tiptip.id application.
22. All terms and conditions regarding tickets are the organizer's policy and cannot be contested.
